Acceptable use guidelines
- This facility provides a forum for Soil Association food and farming members to discuss technical issues and share experiences.
- Please restrict discussion topics and messages to technical organic issues. Before starting a discussion thread, check that the topic does not already have a similar thread.
- The Soil Association may contribute to discussions however we do not undertake to respond to questions. So, please do not post any questions which you expect to have answered by the Soil Association.
- Please keep your messages relevant, brief and courteous.
- Advertisements for products or services will be removed.
- The Soil Association reserves the right to edit or delete messages in cases where these guidelines have been breached (eg to keep messages short or to delete offensive language). We will indicate where this has been done.
- Users persistently misusing this facility will be barred from the forum.
- Note: The opinions expressed in this forum do not necessarily represent the views of the Soil Association or Soil Association Certification Ltd (SA Certification).
How to use the forum
- You can read postings on this forum without logging in, but to post a message you must be logged in as a member
- To login: Enter your username and password in the spaces on the right of this page and click 'login'
- Not registered a username yet? Just click 'register now' and remember to tick 'I am a food and farming member')
- Once logged in, you should see the words [Producer] after your name on the right. This means you have special member access. If not, click the 'amend profile' button and tick 'I am a producer member' in the pop-up window.
Problems?
- Remember, this forum is exclusively for Soil Association food and farming members
- To use it, you need to have registered a username and password with our website and said you are a member when registering
- Once we've checked your details, we'll upgrade your online access to 'producer'. Until then, you won't be able to access the forum.
